Our Mission

Nevaeh’s Hope desires to transform the lives of displaced, pregnant women and their children by providing educational resources in a nurturing environment where their physical, spiritual, and emotional growth promotes an independent lifestyle.

Our Vision

We aim to make a difference in the lives of others, one mother at a time. We desire to provide a loving, encouraging, supportive, and safe environment for pregnant mothers and their children of all ages and backgrounds. We seek to equip women and families to live according to Biblical principles rooted in a love for Jesus Christ. We intend to help them make a better life by coming along side them, educating them in job training, budgeting, health care, nutrition, safety, education, parenting/adoption, counseling, and other life skills.

Our Goals

  • To provide supportive and educational services for pregnant women without housing until they are considered capable of independent living by their case manager.
  • To run a maternity home starting March 1, 2011, capable of housing 4-6 pregnant women, as well as a house manager, in an encouraging, and nurturing environment.
  • To get the community involved by creating a volunteer network and by developing community outreach projects through neighborhoods, schools, churches, businesses, and organizations.

Our Beliefs

We believe in God as the Creator of our existence. We believe that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in you heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. We believe in the Triune God of Scripture; one God existing forever in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that no one can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord. We believe that God calls us to live out our love for Him by obeying His word and by loving others. We believe in the forgiveness of sins and in the fellowship of believers. We believe in the Bible as the true, holy and inspired word of God and we stand on His promises. Believing these things has given us the desire to live out true religion by loving the widow, single mom and orphan as Christ would.

Let us not love in word or in talk, but with actions and in truth. – 1 John 3:18
